Love the "Weigh" You Are

Are you uncomfortable in your body, in your life?

Jeanie Ward

Have you struggled with weight issues your whole life, or from time to time? Are you at your ideal, natural weight but still feel uncomfortable in your body? Have you put your life on "hold" at times when you really wanted to do something; or allowed your body's appearance, your lack of confidence and self-esteem, or other people's opinions to keep you from enjoying and living your life to the fullest.

By learning to "LOVE THE WEIGH YOU ARE", today, just as you are, and not "weighting" until tomorrow, you immediately begin to transform your body and your life, from within, where all lasting change begins. You can begin to transcend old toxic beliefs and behaviors, rising above the thoughts and emotions that have been shaping and driving your life; weighing you down in ways you may not even realize. You can learn to "release" the heaviness and negativity of "lack and limited" thinking and unworthiness, freeing yourself to embrace a fresh and prosperous consciousness that supports and sustains a healthy,"wealthy weigh" of life, inside and out.

Learning to love and appreciate ourselves is not always the easiest thing to do, especially for women...believe me, I know. But it IS POSSIBLE and you CAN DO IT...whenever you are ready to be "real" and honest with yourself and commit to making new, loving choices that honor and nourish you. Self discovery, compassion and unconditional love and self acceptance are powerful tools in cultivating a consciousness and belief system that empowers and enriches you to enjoy a prosperous, peaceful and fulfilling life.

After a lifetime of struggle with myself and my weight, body image, confidence and self esteem issues, just to name a few...and so many more painful and challenging life experiences, I eventually "released" 100+ pounds in 1995-1996 at the age of 43, and have continued to successfully maintain and sustain my healthy, wealthy, natural weight. I look forward to sharing some insights and wisdom gleaned from my journey, with the hope, desire and commitment to help you create a healthy, happy and loving relationship with your body, yourself and your life.

From my earliest memory as a little girl I learned to soothe and comfort myself with food to manage my emotional pain, anxiety, anger and fear in order to survive and cope in a dysfunctional , emotionally abusive, alcoholic/workaholic, military family. In the midst of my unconscious, out of control, emotional eating behaviors I began to sink deeper and deeper into a depression that engulfed me for many years. Numerous health issues and difficult life lessons in the past several years, including breast cancer in 2002, have continued to teach me about gratitude and appreciation for my body, my life, and all the blessings that enrich me every day. I truly know, within my heart and soul, that my path of pain, fear and hard life lessons has brought me to where I am today. As corny or cliche as it may sound I am truly grateful for every step along the way, even though most of it really "sucked" and I would not choose to repeat it.

My life is abundantly blessed and enriched with all that I have learned, people I have met along my path, and experiences that serve me today, as I can reflect on where I've been, how far I have come, and feel good about where I am going. My story empowers and energizes me to shine my light and inspire others, women in particular, to "know," perhaps for the very first time, how magnificent they are, inside and out… and to claim their BEST LIFE! One of my goals every day is to remind myself that I am a " beautiful and divine work in progress" and that I am worthy and deserving of my prosperous, joyful and BEST LIFE…ALWAYS!

I am dedicated to helping women and young girls learn how to feel good about who they are, to love their body, their life, treat themselves with respect, and most of all to learn to appreciate and love themselves fully, fearlessly and unconditionally, inside and out. I specialize in women's physical and spiritual fitness, wellness and wholeness; emotional/unconscious eating behaviors; weight "release" and healthy, wealthy weight management; personal energy & stress management; integrative, intuitive, energy/ body work; and meditative, body/mind/spirit renewal, reawakening touch therapies. I offer private mentoring/coaching sessions as well as groups, classes, workshops, seminars, inspirational talks and educational lectures.

To me, one of the most important things in life is to feel good about who we are, to know and love who we are, understand why we are here and to make a difference in the time we are here on our glorious planet Earth. Life is more fulfilling and joyful when we feel good, inside and out, and can celebrate ourselves and others...every day! Your BEST LIFE is waiting for YOU! NOW is the perfect time to claim it. The choice is yours!
